Half Term in the year 2011, and time for a new update ...

Business is running and more interesting Activities have been offered.... As usual, encountering enthusiastic Response from our Clients... and consequently from our Side.... We like our old Island, we like the People and their Culture, we love the Nature and Adventure, we think all this could offer the perfect Mix for you to get a special tailor-made Incentive. Just tell us what you and your Client want and we will do our best to put together a Package, in a Creative way, as near as possible, to your Needs.

New and less touristy Areas have been discovered. Have your incentive at Syracuse or Ragusa, New Entry in the Sicilian Tourist Scenario. Why not offer to go to the more Norman-Arabic Part of Sicily: Palermo and Trapani, and enjoy the uncontaminated Sea, Couscous and the numerous Monuments...

Mount Etna & Quad Biking 

Imagine yourself and your friends from work, racing and competing through dusty Paths of Lava & Volcanic hashes. As you jump on your Quad, briefed by ever present Instructors, you can sense the adrenaline in your body, the engines roaring, your friends looking at you not just as Colleague but as a real obstacle they have to overtake: The Adventure is served.

You go through streams of water, rocks and mountains and suddenly a reminder of the Past: An Ancient gracious Byzantine monument, called ´Cuba ´, sitting in front of you.

Of course a touch of the Italian way: Coffee-Break in a lovely square of ´Castiglione di Sicilia ´, (a picturesque Town in the Mountains), giving you time to relax, but why not, also to laugh about one another and talk about the difficult passage you’ve just crossed.

"Honestly I thought it was the usual Excursion, promoted to attract bored people, but I had to rethink: It is the real Thing, not for the hearth-fainted."

A touch of Nature, incredible Sceneries, great Bikes, the whole thing organized with Safety in mind and good Instructors, always ready to assist and enjoy with you every moment of this challenging day out.

Night Out in 'Porticello'

Porticello is a fishing Resort, just outside the Capital Palermo, thriving with activity and full of Charm, first choice of locals for it’s genuine flavour and fresh-Catch fish, brought to the local Market by long Prow-Vessels.

And here is the Surprise; the exclusive Venue Place is remarkably a charming former old Sheep Yard, carved in beautiful sandstone with huge Portals, though, instead of getting a boat served, you’ll receive the warmest Welcome from First-Class Chefs, busy on their enormous Fry- Pans, cooking, under your eyes, dishes for the best Palate.

Imagine all this, accompanied by a group of Traditionally-Dressed Dancers, entertaining you, at intervals, with Sicilian Tunes and Dances from the Past, so called (Contradanza), mixing with the Company and blending in an incredible Atmosphere. Feeling hungry? Come and join Alternative Sicily in a reinvigorating party Au plain Air! Smell the scent of ancient Trees and Gardens in a truly Mediterranean Atmosphere.

Excursion in Yacht

Sicily, as many know, is a beautiful Island; many Resorts face the Sea, that’s why ´Alternative Sicily´ couldn’t miss the opportunity to offer, among other Services, the chance of a glorious day on a beautiful Yacht.

Boats are a great way to move from, say an Airport to your Hotel, but we in Alternative Sicily, thought not only to a mere form of transportation, we wanted some fun: So why not sailing through the Aeolian Islands or the charming Taormina while sipping on a glass of chilled wine, together with some good food, served by a professional Crew.

You can be shipped by nice little boats, once you approach your Hotel. All you have to do is get a lovely tan, splash in the fresh waters of Sicily and relax without Seat-belt.
